The Dyson DC25 Animal vacuum is well worth looking into if one has pets, or if one is simply looking for a high quality upright vacuum. The DC25 has many of the useful features consumers have come to expect from a Dyson, including HEPA filtration. Positive Consumer Comments
Vacuum reviews of the Dyson DC25 Animal are extremely positive. Most sources that provide consumer input indicate a favorable comment percentage of between 90% and 95%. These comments are found at sites such as Amazon, Home Depot, Viewpoints, and the like. When compared to comments for other vacuum cleaners these figures are very high. A mini turbine tool is also provided and it excels at picking up pet hair and other debris. The turbine tool has a small head that enables it to reach into crevices and behind furniture, providing access to places where a conventional upright can't always reach.

Many vacuums on the market today feature HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters, which remove most allergens from the air rather than allowing the vacuum cleaner to simply circulate them back into the room. The Dyson DC25 Animal has a HEPA filter that is washable and does not ever require replacement.

The DC25 Animal features a power cord length of just under 25 feet, long enough to reach all areas of most homes, and its foot print, 12.2" x 15.4" x 42.4", allows for easy storage in most closets. New models have a 5-year warranty and refurbished models generally come with a 2-year warranty.
